During my stay at the New Peacock Resort, amidst the serene surroundings that provided me with much-needed peace and quiet, I ventured to sample some local cuisine at nearby eateries. After a leisurely walk to Ratnayake Bakers and Amarena Cafe, I truly savored the unique culinary delights that added flavor to my stay in the area.However, it was the breakfast experience at the resort which left an indelible impression on me - perfectly fresh fruit served elegantly, yet I yearned for a touch more variety to complement the picturesque setting. The ambiance of the dining area enhanced the dining experience, offering a tranquil space to savor each bite. While the breakfast leaned towards fruits, a diverse menu selection showcasing local flavors and international fusions could truly elevate the dining experience, enticing guests to indulge in the delights offered on-site.
